Progress on my building project in Saigon

benlws

Hi everyone,

I posted about a year or so back about building a small apartment in Vietnam. Well, the project is completed this week, and would like to thank all of you, and guys like Jaitsch and ladies like Dejavu.dot who have helped me during the course of my project.

Hi Cuong. Not right now, thank you.

It's minimal and industrial. Though not much emphasis placed on the kitchen and amenities. What happened to a bathroom?

Thanks for your feedback. Didn't go down the industrial route, it's surprisingly expensive to do right.

Didn't take pictures of the bathrooms, they're fairly basic.

To be honest, you can rent a whole apartment for what you are asking. Maybe do a search online and compare to get an idea of what you can realistically get. It's better to have someone renting at a lower price than to have an empty room.

Best place your ad in the housing section located at the top of this page. Advertising of any kind is not permitted on the open section of the forum.

Dear Colin, thank you for your useful feedback. To be honest, if you believe that you get what you pay for, then there isn't a question about price. Feel free to look at rooms in your price range if budget is a constraint.

Thanks for your opinions, I intended to start the thread to follow up on my thread a year ago about this project.

Dear mods, don't hesitate to lock the thread if dialogue on the property isn't forthcoming. No intention of this being an ad, I already posted an ad in the appropriate section.
