Your employment seems to be a continuing series of hassles. Go borrow whatever they want from another instructor and copy it. If they complain about it you will know they are actually shafting you for money.

FYI, I'm the only Caucasian here. And it's not just resentment for the extra workload. This is a language center with a strong focus on grammar. What's the point?!? I doubt anyone will read those lesson plans.

Yes, there are things requiring extra time and effort which I'd like to do. No, lesson plans are not part of those things. 

I'd rather work somewhere where they have a customer-centric approach.

Do not let them take advantage of you! Demand that you get paid first before you'd do anything more for them! There is a lack of teachers in Vietnam and they need you, especially if you are in a remote area. Can you teach at another school? Or did you sign a contract with them? Even if you signed with them, they are the one to break the contract by not paying you on time!
Well, I'm just saying that you should be careful with a school that doesn't follow the standards they set out to do.

They need you to complete the grammar point that they think is missing
. they are looking for a new way to learn grammar faster from you
delay in payment of wages can be a permanent in VN. but I sure you will get enough

They most likely treat everyone, including customers, the same - so don't racism into the deal. If all you have to do is get a few lesson plans.

Just stick >> lesson plans, English grammar << in a search engine and your hassles will fade, hopefully, those things aren't worth your mental stress.

Language schools are all the same - money centric. But it seems you have picked a loser. Get your pay then walk.
