Would be grateful for any tips in acquiring long term accommodation in Koh Samui. I am a very honest and reliable person and treat my place with respect as if it were my own.
I am happy to house share and love to be around pets.
My intended arrival in Koh Samui is June 2016 for a stay of 1 month. If all goes well I will stay longer.

Longterm contract in Thailand is usually 12 months with 2 months deposit, sometimes you can find 6 months for condominium.

If you plan to stay 1 month, it can only be holidays rental, serviced appt, guest house, or sublet.

Just search in google, there are many general websites like DDproperty, don't search just on a specific agency website but on websites where all agencies and private advertiser will put their house or condominium.
