For a child as young as yours you would need to hire a nanny. There are no childcare centres that I could find that take children that young. 

Try this website .  It is the St Andrews childcare centre. Contact them as they may be able to help you.  They may know of a nanny service in CM.

Most international schools take children from 3 yrs old.

A beautiful day he come back home with a big bite in his harm, my complain to the day care director
NONE  RESPONSE, COMPLETELLY DAM.
THEREFORE RECOMMEND: find a GOOD APPARTMENT, GET A NANY TO THAKE CARE, LIKE WE DO IN RSA at list you can feel more safety with your baby.
