Hi everyone,

I'll be working at a school located in Sukhumvit Soi 31 and i'm looking to find housing around there, preferably a condo for myself.

I believe the area can be quite pricey? I'm looking for something no more than 20 000 THB/month so don't necessarily have to live in the same area.

Happy to travel by BTS if it's convenient (travel time less than 30 mins).

Are there any suggestions for areas or websites to look at?

I'm not sure if you noticed the date on the original post. It was right before the covid-19 lockdown and the person hasn't responded since. Did he even make it to Thailand before the lockdown, if he wasn't already in Thailand? It might be good to know his current situation before responding more to this thread.
