My computer has many problems with programs. I need to find some place or person that is not going to take out parts, install spyware or whatever the latest scam is.

I can't get a .dll application to uninstall. Cannot upgrade to Windows 8, change screen resolution, get rid of Yahoo Vietnam, get free IDM, compose email quickly. I have tried following the instructions. I can't get anything to work. I don't have the skills to do more.

How far along did you get installing Windows 8?

forums.techguy.org/ is a great site to post computer problems. They can walk you through things step by step. I've fixed a few computers using this site.
