How should one go about registering a will for my wholly owned condo in Bangkok and other assets?

Contact a lawyer, provide him a list of your assets and your beneficiary information. Similar to making a will at home. Have it witnessed and sealed with instructions to only be opened by an attorney or registered official with a witness

If you have kids in the old country and you have either made different arrangements for them or want to exclude them it is best to register either the Thai and or the other will in both countries

I spoke with couple different local solicitors and it would be much better to simply make a will for Thai assets in Thai & English languages. Would have to do it myself in the near future and simply cross-reference the other will for assets outside of Thailand to avoid later arguments of what will is actually valid
