The usual job search steps apply:

Check job ads online and maybe post your resume, for example:

/en/jobs/asia/thailand/

Network with others in your field on LinkedIn, etc. There may be some associations of engineers or academic journals in Thailand?

Apply for positions that are of interest to you.

However, like many countries in the region Thailand's economy is sluggish at the moment, There may not be a lot of demand currently.
