Hello everyone.

I am looking forward to start a small cafeteria in Sri Lanka, in the city or on the seaside.
The cafeteria will be serving middle class customers, and the menu will contain from a regular coffee to Persian cuisines along with Hookah.
I need to know the procedures from A to Z with the costs, registration process and renting a place.
I have Ella, Hikkaduah, Negombo and Arugam Bay in mind for instance.

I live in Negombo where I bought a house, which I run as a homestay
