First and foremost, you have to terminate the employment contract you have with company A. Most contracts specify a notice period, but in your situation the company might show some goodwill and let you off earlier.
Then, the cancellation of their S-Pass application is quick - it should be shown in MoM's system within a few days.
Whether your work pass with company B would be approved, we cannot evaluate here - but it is surely not guaranteed. You can read related forum discussions about approval criteria and chances.

Appreciate for your quick reply. I’m still working with my current company and not tender resignation letter yet as I wanted to wait for S pass approval.

Due to some issue, I’ve not yet sign the employment letter of Company A and accept their offer by email.

I was worried that my S pass application by Company B will be affected due to the withdrawal of S pass application by Company A.
