May I know anyone rejected EP application these days.
I am under MOE service obligation bond and I holding EP without meeting basics salary since 2018. Now my new employer applied for EP on July 30 2021(without meeting basics salary but still under MOE Bond). And it rejected on August 19.Employer didn鈥檛 disclose reason for rejection. They submitted appeal on August 23 and still pending .As per employer they followed up on Sept 10 and聽 MOM replied they will process within next three weeks. So, meaning to say appeal will take 6 weeks approximately? Anyone encountered this before. Should I request employer to withdrawal and to submit new application ?
