How would I know if I qualify?

My graduating university is an accredited university in my country but when I tried the SPA check in MoM website it didn鈥檛 appear only few universities popped up. How would I know if I qualify?Do I need some added information to authenticate my application in MOM since I don鈥檛 my application for SpASS be refused?

If your university is not on the list of recognised institutions by MoM, you cannot apply for a work pass as a degree holder. You will be treated as if you have no such degree.
An S-Pass does not require a university degree, but a technical certificate is required (of course that must also be recognised by MoM).
