Dear All,

I just come to Singapore with my wife and kid for 2 months, I'm EP, my wife and kid DP.

Now I have dispute with my landlord due to the problem of house, we even call police but still not solved. Now both landlord and me decided go to small claim tribunal.

My question is, does experience of being in small claim tribunal affect my next time EP renewal? Is it a factor when consider either approve or reject EP?

Should not be. But, should have been avoided and sorted out over talks rather going to this far.

Calling the police for a private matter like this is a waste of time (theirs and yours). They ae in charge of criminal issues only.
SCT cases are not recorded in any official database, thus remain invisible to MoM and will not affect your EP.
