Vaccination Verification for kids DP
I am also in same situation, System is not accepting DTP vaccine as per Australia schedule on 2 month, 3 month and 4 month. As per Singapore it needs to be given on 3 month, 4 month and 5 month. Unable to reach anyone over phone and there is no email response.
Can anyone please provide valid number which they respond to be called from overseas, I have searched and called on more than 20 numbers but none of them is working.
Thanks a lot for your help in advance

Hi RaviAchhwani,
When do you get the notification that the system is not accepting? My son's doses are also different from what they recommend but I do not get any error. I have not made payment yet so that is why I wanted to know when do you get this error.
I am getting this error when entering details of 1) Diphteria vaccine and saving the record and moving to next page
There was/were invalid vaccine/s taken and child is required to re-take to complete Dose/Booster (B1). Please enter Dose/Booster (B1) date and vaccine name for Diphtheria. If not yet taken please take the mandatory vaccination as per Singapore immunisation schedule before submitting the application.
For your case it might be another vaccine which is not mandatory?
Hi guys,
Sorry for the slow reply. My situation was finally resolved, thankfully. But the hpb were not helpful at all. Through the website or the phone, which I called every two days for 4 weeks.
If you're having an error, could it be that the time between doses for a given vaccination is not recognised as long enough? Sometimes UK and aussie schedules can be different to the sg schedule, but as long as the recommended time between dosages (eg 30 days between 1 and 2) is sufficient, the system will accept it. I found that by playing around with it.
Hope that helps and sorry for the frustration I know you'll be going through.
James
Hi
In India MMR vaccine 1st dose will be given at 9 months and 2nd dose will be given at 12 months.
As per singapore vaccination schedule measles 1st dose should be given at 12 months and 2nd dose before 18 months.
My son is 23 months old now...already 1st nd 2nd dose done.
In this case how do we apply?Any ideas please
Thanks
Geetha

Hai,
I am in similar situation. My son was administered MMR doses at 11 months and 17 months old. Now, I am unable to feed this data in the website (application form). Any solutions. He is now 10 years old and cannot administer MMR again. I tried to call relevant authority, but no reply.
Hi has anyone application got rejected due to error in entering the dates for vaccination of the child. Its like its been entered incorrectly for 3 times. And health promotion board has asked to reapply in their standard email to me. My question is if i reapply whether it will be connected to the first rejected one which the dates entered wrongly. And will there be any issue of reapplying.
As in allissues when dealing with Singapore officialdom, they can see your complete history of applications and other data with the clickof a mouse. Therefore, just re-applying with differing data will only raise questions. Better contact them and ask to correct the wrong input.
Dear Beepi,
Thank you for your reply. As i have received an email from them indicating that the application is rejected due to :-
1) the child did not fulfill minimum age of dose one (because the date indicated is wrong) that is why is show it did not fulfill. Otherwise if date entered correctly then it would be fulfilled; and
2) the dates entered in the system and the dates shown on the doctor's record differs.
And they have rejected the application and indicated that if you wish to reapply please submit a new application with a payment of $35.00 and will take 15 working days for processing.
In this instance what should i do? Should i go directly there and ask them or shall i submit a new application? And if i re submit a new application is there chances of them rejecting due to my previous dates entered is incorrect?
Thank you.
You should follow their request and submit a new application. You should attach a letter explaining the situation and apologize for the data entered incorrectly in the previous one.
Dear Beepi,
The apology letter should it be from the doctor or myself? Depends on who entered the data incorrectly right?
For this mistake will they consider not approving the application since its a administrative error?
Thank you in advance.
If it was an error, why wasn't it corrected before rejection?
In any case, once the error is corrected they will review the application again.
I only realised the error when i received an email of rejection. And when noticed it was too late to get it rectified. So basically now what i should do is to reapply a new one or go there directly to seek their opinion? Will it work if i were to go to their office? Im just afraid that if i would to submit a new application and it would be rejected as they would refer back to the previous one. Is there a possibility for them to reject it. My wife and elder daughter ones has been approved. Due to my wrong entry for my younger daughter one it got rejected. Would they take into consideration that i cant leave my younger daughter behind? Thanks in advance beepi. Appreciate
As I aid, you should submit the application with an explanation why the data differs, to prevent questions or problems.
Whether you go in person or send by post/online is up to you, I guess.
They will not deviate from the rules for you, meaning if they have reasons to reject then your kid cannot come - full stop.
Has anyone successfully managed to get the vaccination verification process expedited? Does the employer calling help?

@Geetha how did you solve the issue. Can anyone help me on this issue. I am facing this same issue
@djsingh Thanks for the confirmation but in the portal it is checking DOB and vaccination date and it is not allowing me to proceed. In my case as vaccination was on 9th month instead of 12th month as per Singapore guideline.
You can reach out MoM and tell them this issue. Inform them as system is not allowing to proceed with correct months, can I proceed with the adjusted months as per the system acceptance? If there is any note or remarks or comments section then you can mention the actual dates and the reason why you have mentioned the different dates. Good luck
Note: As per Singapore requirement, on 18th month child should take second dose. In your case this requirement satisfies as child has taken second dose by 18th month. So, shouldn’t have an issue here.
Thanks for the suggestion surya2k, I called MoM but they said they can not help me with the issue. Asked me to contact HPB.
Ok, then you can call to HPB below number for their assistance:

I rechecked HPB immunization form. It mentions that any dose of MMR given before the age of 12 months shouldn't be counted as series and child should be given his dose again after turning 12 months. So may be the 2nd dose given in India after 12 months age should be counted as 1st dose and your child might have to take another dose to complete 2 doses required. (Obviously if Doctor permits and it doesn't have any adverse health implication).
You may check your form and those conditions should be mentioned at the end of 1st page.Â
But better to speak with HPB first as suggested by Surya.
Hi all,
Let me share my experience. I have taken photo copies of my kids vaccination reports and sent to hpb_nir@hpb.gov.sg with the support documents of passport and FIN id and address.
I waited for a month and received a mail stating that my kids details are updated and i could even log in and see my daughters vaccination details added under My Child tab.
I didn't register anywhere or pay any amount . So wondering if i am missing anything.?
That’s correct. HPB reached out foreigners with kids (if HPB doesn’t have data about kids immunisation in their database) to share the detailed immunisation at your home country with attached screen shots. Once you submit, then they update the record.
Thanks Surya for the quick reply
Got my daughter's vaccination approval today morning. Applied last night. As suggested by djsingh I check with HPB and I had daughter vaccinated one more dose of MMR.
Hi we are planning to apply for immunisation certificate for our child, we had a confusion with vaccine codes so can you please share your immunisation Registration Form some codes are varying from India’s vaccine code so it will be very helpful if you share yours.currently we are staying in Sweden so here doctors don’t have idea about most of the vaccines it will be very helpful if you share yours just to checkout with ours. Thanks in advance.
Guys, if anybody applied recently, could you share the timelines for approval. I applied for my baby last week and status is showing "submitted"
Hi,
I am also similar situation now. Could you let me know how to resolved this issue. It will really helpful if you share the experience.
Thanks lot
In email they will respond after 1 months to 45 day will take for reply.
You must put 1 more dose MMR and update your vaccination record. In Singapore MMR dose take before 1 year become invalid
That’s all fine. No need to do any other things. While school asking for record. You can print and give that copy.
Hi ji,
Thanks for your advice , can I reach you via email or mob to check some clarification please?
I also facing same situation, may I know how you resolved the issue and got approval?
