Hi everyone, I鈥檝e just completed my last day with my current company and have been issued an STVP in Singapore valid until Jan 6. I don鈥檛 have a new job offer yet, and I鈥檓 torn between two options 鈥� staying here until January to continue job hunting, or going back to India for a while and returning later on a visitor visa to look for work.

From a recruiter鈥檚 or hiring manager鈥檚 perspective, which option is better or more likely to lead to a new opportunity? Would staying in Singapore make a noticeable difference in getting interviews, or does it not matter much nowadays?
