Simultaneously EP applications

Hi All,

i want to check on a thing.

I am currently on DP (previously on EP - left last job over a year ago)

Last month, I got an offer from a company who applied for my EP which got rejected and appeal is still pending.

Meanwhile, i got a new offer who wants and the new company wants to apply for my EP too.

1) can the new company apply for my EP simultaneously.

2) does the salary increase needs to be less than 30%? I heard few people getting their EP rejected because of too much salary increase? is that true?

3) if incase the above is true, as i am on DP for over a year, does it really matter?

If your new company wants to file a EP for you, then you must get the existing EP application withdrawed..
