My previous employer provided stvp for a 30 day聽 which will

get expired on aug25th, however due to advertisement the new company could apply my ep only on 21st of August, but my previous employer is refusing to extend my stvp for another 14 or 21 days. Can we extend thru ICA

In this case, MoM has given default 30 days STVP and this can鈥檛 be extended.

You have to leave Singapore and wait for your EP approval and with IPA letter then enter Singapore.

But why did you resign in your current company before your EP gets approved in your new company?

This is high risk, in case your new company EP application is not successful then you will search for another employer. Good luck

Only your ex employer can extend it online with your airticket 14days from your STVP expiry date with the option Work pass holder flight later.聽 im same waiting Epass now, and my first extension approved juz one night.聽 im thinking to change my airticket more than 14days this time not sure if MOM will approve, anyone has any experience?
