Hello, Im from Phillipines . okay I have a Boyfriend who is married with her "ex-wife". They were married since 2011 (the only reason they got married is because his 6yrs gf got pregnant) so they go for a civil wedding. 2013 when he decided to leave his wife's place (because they live at his wife's family and for some quite issues about the wife's attitude and it's family) and decided to be annuled. So the problem is how to file an annulment from a civil wedding? what are the procedures? thankyou in advance.

PS. The both parties have their own reltionships now. His ex wife texted him that she want an annulment since my bf didnt give money for their children's expenses.

Looks like your bf doesn't know his obligation. Consult a lawyer. I think your BF is the one that need to find a way to annul his marriage and not you. Remember if there a way there a way. Are you planning to marry after his annulment.

I know of a reliable and affordable lawyer for annulment. Metro Manila area only. He charges around 130 to 140 k all in na sya.

Sorry to bump this thread but just in case some would still be interested to know about annulment here in the PH:

Usual cost for annulment is around Php 250,000.00 up. Depending on the grounds for the petition for annulment or the circumstances (where the case was filed, etc.), the process takes at least 1.5 years. Hope this helps.
