A few of the two year old posts on this thread have mentioned street vendors, something I would not recommend if you like living.
One post mentioned a mix of drugs that included viagra-shabu-ecstacy. The are massively dangerous to the point where death isn't absolutely on the cards, but make a will before you take it.
The stupidity of anyone who would take such a combination suggests Darwin was spot on.

1.  be careful buying Viagra ad Cialis on the street as it may be counterfeit
2.  there is limited evidence that shows that the herbal products work and some of these products have been found to contain compounds (like sildanefil) not listed on the label.

Good grief you better have your timing down. Because you inject Caverject into the penis, it takes 5 to 20 minutes to take effect from research using Google.

A man goes to the Doctor and gets an injection of Caverject, the Doctor says it will work for three erections. The instructions says to get an erection you say Toot Toot and when you want the erection to go away you say Toot Toot again.

The patient wanted to see if it works, he says Toot Toot and he gets an erection, he can't walk around this way so he says Toot Toot to make it go away.

This is a case of "You can't have your cake and eat it". It's a Garlic Cake.

Evidentially these researchers don't partake in the advantage of improved blood flow. One whiff past the olfactory receptors of his partner will end the entanglement and relationship.

Robust is very potent.   I took 2 of them and had been hard for 3 days.  I should probably use just 1 or even half (that Swiss knife saw may come in handy).   It was very embarrassing walking with a protruding member from heavy denim at that.   I have to always wear a shoulder laptop bag for those 3 days to block its visibility. 

The side effect is loss of sensation.  It was very hard to have an ending and ends up with the ladies begging to stop already after an hour.    I'm not gonna use it again as I like walking.  Having a bag to use it to block visibility is not ideal for me.

ROFL  I wish it were that just easy for Robust.

Before my trip, I had my visit to my doctor for Cialis rx.    I tried it first time since I got here and worked really well for me.   I will be taking it every other day for the duration of my trip.

The side effects are loss of sensation (may not be a big deal for some but it is important to me) and heavy migraine (which can be solved with 2 Ibuprofen and sleep afterwards).
