Hello all,

If anyone has information on locations in the Philippines favorable to expats from the U.S. to purchase a home in a nice area, I'd really appreciate your comments.聽

My wife and I like the Cebu/Bohol area, but if there are other areas (not Manilla) that are also desirable, please let me know.

We are retirees, (i'm retired U.S. Air Force) but we still plan on part-time remote work (just to stay busy), however, we have a daughter entering the 8th grade, so we need a location for the purchase/rent of a home close to international schools that are affordable.
