Renting apartment at one oasis condo eco land

This is my 3rd/ 6 month lease ,  owner said they had flooding in some part of phillipines and need my apartment. i told her thats your problem . I paying rent and will leave after 6 month lease is complete. The owners appointed care taker made agreement with me. The caretaker manages 20 apartment for owners that live in different countries. Do I need an Attorney?

You shouldn't need an attorney. I presume that you have a copy of the lease. As long as it's signed by the owner or an approved representative, you're covered.

Agree Skip Scott but would add that it needs to be a formalized lease and notarized to hold legal standing or else it simply an agreement which means little here.

How long is a piece of string? Anywhere from P3K to 250K per month and depends where and what.

If you have a preferred area then google and FB or if you are in the area you want live in the Philippines then visit a few agents as well.


Numbeo dot com will give you a bit of an idea of rental and living costs in the area you like.

Lamudi.com used to have lots of real estate postings - both For Sale and Rentals. It has been mostly superseded by FB but still worth a shot, at least for those of us who don't use FB much.
