Expired TRV can travel out of the Philippines?

Hi, I currently have TRV visa but it was expired last Nov 28. Actually I am in the process of renewing the TRV visa but one of the requirement is the Bureau of Quarantine stamp which they require online appointment and there is no slot left until Dec 15.

I do have a business matter that require me to travel out of the country in Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. My question is would I be allowed to travel out of the Philippines with expired TRV visa?

If yes, when I come back to the Philippines, would I be automatically granted tourist visa?

You probably need to check with the Bureau of Immigration on that one.聽 If your TRV (Temporary Residence Visa) is expired then you may be in the country illegally at this point, so not sure what will happen when you try to depart.
