How to move to Pakistan ?

Wishingforanewlife

Hi, I really hope you could help me. My name is Scott and I reverted to Islam 8 years ago. My name is now Abdul Haseeb and it has been a long term dream of mine for the past 10 years to move to Pakistan. Unfortunately I do not have the first idea on what to do or how to do it? I am a total novice and have no guidance whatsoever. I do have a large skill set, but unfortunately the only language I speak is english. I am in desperate need of help and more importantly knowledge on what steps I Nedd to take and basically just a general plan on what to do and how to fulfill this dream of mine

Do you think you could help me?

Hello and welcome on board !

Please note that I have created this new thread from your post on the Pakistan forum so that members can guide you.

I think that your first step should be to contact the Pakistan embassy in your country to enquire.

All the best

@Wishingforanewlife hello Scott, I will suggest to get a visa (online) and visit the city you intend to settle or explore. Furthermore language is not a barrier and it depends on your skills (if you would like to share ) I will be able to assist you. Regards

Hi Scott,

I hope u managed to come up with a plan to move based on reliable information.

So have u moved yet?

I moved to Pakistan for 3 years many years ago with my 3 small children n it was the best decision ever! Don't know why I came back.

I say if u are financially stable and have a couple of good trustworthy pakistani friends who can guide u, it won't be too difficult.

Just don't trust every pretty face.and sweet words.

Be realistic and practical.

Good luck.

Get a visa through the Pakistani embassy, study some basic Urdu, look into business and employment opportunities, and travel before relocating.

The most logical and organized way would be to contact the Pakistan Embassy for initial information. However, there is another, easier, and often more helpful approach. Since you mentioned that you reverted to Islam 8 years ago, I would suggest contacting an Islamic Centre near your area.

These centres regularly arrange group visits and maintain close contact with the Pakistan Embassy. They will not only provide you with proper guidance but also assist you in getting your visa processed smoothly. I am confident you will be satisfied with their support.
