I am looking for a very quiet and clean apartment in Bahan, Hledan or Yankin or in an area not too far from University Avenue, with 2 bedrooms, preferably on the top floor of a low rise building. The airconditionners should be newish or in at least well maintained conditions, bathrooms and kitchen should be well-maintained too.

The budget depends on the quality and age of the apartment. Price and quality should be related.
