I don't think any government universities hire any  teachers from oversea. . I will find for you with Yangon Uni and get back to you accordingly. I may  need a day or two.

I'm sorry to confirm that Ministry of Education do not hire any oversea tutor/ lecturer. There are lots of private schools and constantly hiring. Please register with YEC google group to introduce yourself. Good luck!

Due to rapid expansion a large international school in Yangon is looking
for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher.

The SEN department is set to grow over the coming years to include a
mainstream Learning Support department and a separate SEN department for
children with a higher level of need who can't be integrated in to the
mainstream.

AUS, NZ, CND or Irish equivalent will be considered. *Experience in special
education would be an advantage but a willingness to learn and work hard
