POEA Direct Hire Requirements

Hello. I am a Filipino moving to Maldives for work soon. I have some questions regarding the requirements of POEA for them to issue COE. I already have work permit (EA) and duly approved/ red ribboned contract. My employer will send those documents to me soon. My concern is that POEA also needs (1) POLO endorsement letter seeking for exemption on ban on direct hiring; (2) proof of insurance; (3) business registration/ business profile. Do they also need to be an original copy and be sent to me via DHL? Or is it okay if they will just send a copy thru email? Thank you very much.
