Hi,
Im fresh here, I dont know much about Maldives law
I want to invest some money in building hotel for guests
Could you tell me if its posible or not, what kind of visa/ permission and other papers do I need ??
How much is for buying a slice of land...its possible or not ?
I can not find any information about it via internet...
Anyone know how these thing works there ?

I think you should contact directly a Contractor who is engaged in doing hotel or resort construction on the island.

If you wish I can facilitate this for your easy access on the different requirements of doing hospitality business there.
