Where to live in KL

Valeriechong

Hi Patrick
There is plenty of condos around Bukit Bintang and KLCC area( just nearby) for you to rent.
But what is your budget?
And how many bedrooms you looking at?
What is your criteria?
I specialised in KLCC and Bukit Bintang area.
[Moderated: no free ad pls] . There is a lot of expatriates renting around KLCC and bukit bintang area due to ease of transport , nearby working place, international food easily available and good social lifestyle.

Just look at and search under KLCC - you will see which agents have properties in individual buildings. KLCC is mainly expensive, so put in your budget ceiling and also try searching on other variables. KLCC is just a small area around the twin towers. You could search on city centre, Bukit Bintang, Bukit Ceylon, as well as Jalan Ampang, etc. The prices are set by the owner against their income needs or wishes. Agents only show properties and arrange leases, they are not involved very often in rental charge setting. Buildings tend to have their own hierarchical price levels depending on size. Negotiation is the only way to get a price down and it is not always successful if a particular condo is popular and their are lots of potential tenants.
