Hello everyone. A few weeks ago my eval was rejected by immigration. The reason for that was overstay, as they said. The actual story is that when I completed my diploma program, I had to leave Malaysia before 7th January.聽 I have left on 6th January and never came back. Unfortunately, the immigration system shows that after i left Malaysia I came back in 18th January and was staying until these days.

The immigration has already accepted their mistake and I filed an appeal. Are there any chances that the appeal is going to be rejected? And how long is going to take to prove my story?

I am in so much stress, please let me know if anyone had such situation.

@Bayat Nabiulin If they have accepted their error than it should be ok. It just that everything here takes forever, so receiving an update from them may take a while, as they work just a few hours. This is a food country, so every eats on time more than work on time.

Hang in there, you should hear from them.

Worst case if you don't why would you want to return? Do you have family here?
