Hello, i plan to study russian and kazak language in Kazaksthan during one year, because i am fascinated about this country, and i want know this 2 language.

I'm looking for international univeristy, that allow foreign student, wich we can follow lessons and have regular courses in any city.

By the way, i search not too much expensive also, i saw price of miras school, and 11 000 euro for one year, that very too much.
