Effective from July 5th.
Provisions for Domestic Persons/Passengers who use air transportation are required to comply with the following provisions: a) passengers are responsible for their own health by implementing and complying with 3M health protocols, namely wearing masks, maintaining distance and avoiding
crowds, washing hands with soap or using hand sanitizer, and complying with the applicable terms and conditions; Provisions for Domestic Travel During the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic, in the form of:
(1) the use of masks must be carried out properly covering the nose and mouth;
(2) the type of mask used by travelers is a cloth mask of at least 3 (three) ) medical coats or masks;
(3) not allowed to speak one way or two directions by telephone or in person during the trip; and
(4) it is not allowed to eat and drink throughout the flight journey for a journey that is less than 2 (two) hours, except for individuals who are obliged to take drugs for treatment which if not done can endanger the safety and health of the person;
meet the requirements health services, in the form of:
(1) for flights between airports on the island of Java, flights from or to airports on the island of Java and flights from or to airports on the island of Bali, must show the first vaccine card and a certificate of negative result of the RT-PCR test which the sample is taken within a maximum period of 2x24 hours before departure; and
(2) for flights from or to airports other than those mentioned in point (1), must show
a certificate of negative RT-PCR test results whose samples were taken within a maximum period of 2x24 hours or negative results of rapid antigen tests whose samples were taken within a maximum period of 1x24 hours before departure; d) the obligation to show the vaccine card as mentioned in letter c, is excluded for travelers with special medical interests who are not/not vaccinated for medical reasons based on a statement from a specialist doctor;
fill out e-HAC Indonesia at the departure airport, to be shown to the health officer at the destination/arrival airport; f) health requirements as stated in letter c) exemptions for:
(1) Pioneer Air Transport flights; and (2) Air Transport flights in 3T (Lagged, Frontier and Outermost) areas. g) in the event that the RT-PCR test certificate states negative results but the passengers show symptoms of COVID-19 indications , then the passenger is prohibited from continuing the journey and is obliged to to carry out RT-PCR diagnostic tests and self-isolation during the waiting time for the results of the examination;
2) Provisions for Air Transport Operators during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, as follows:
comply with operational provisions as stipulated in the Circular Letter Minister of Transportation Number SE 13 of 2020 concerning Air Transportation Operations in the Period of Productive and Safe Community Activities from Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19); b) does not provide food and/or drinks to passengers on flights of less than 2 (two) hours duration unless for medical purposes;
if there are passengers who return (refund) flight tickets, the refund process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation; and d) aircraft personnel on duty on flights are required to show a certificate of negative results using RT-PCR or rapid test antigen whose samples are taken within a maximum period of 7 x 24 hours before departure.
