Considering divorce with no children or property

Expat9412

I have been married to an Indonesian woman (Christian marriage) for 2 years, and we have no children and no property in Indonesia. We also have a prenup registered in Indonesia and the marriage was registered in Indonesia. All my assets are in a different country far away from Indonesia which she doesn't have access to.

I'm looking to divorce her for irreconcilable differences.

I would like to know:

Will the court follow the prenup agreement? I've seen online that people have said that expats have lost everything even with a signed prenup.

Do you have to disclose all of your offshore assets / finances in Indonesia divorce proceedings?

Do you think the court could order me to pay spousal support?
