The GOV UK website basically does not specify Georgia in their list of Countries either, (albeit their guidance is actually dated dated 9th June 2014馃槄)
"We pay the UK State Pension worldwide. However, you will only get an increase every year if you live in:
the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland"

Prime minister Kobakhidze said Thursday, that while the country will pursue its bid to join the EU, 鈥渋t will not put the issue of opening negotiations with the European Union on the agenda until the end of 2028.鈥�
鈥淎dditionally, we are rejecting any budgetary grants from the European Union until the end of 2028,鈥� he added.
