Moving to Suzhou any advice / tips ?

Hi,
I am planning to move from Brazil to Suzhou to work on a new resort opening 2017, I have never been to China although I have Lived previously in Egypt (8yrs), Maldives (3yrs), Bahamas (2yrs), Mexico (1yr).
Any advice on bank account opening (USD) & money wire to the USA, renting a place (best area).
Any information will be useful

You will love Suzhou, although it's extremely hot and humid in summer.聽 Are you on LinkedIn?聽 If so, you could search any number of foreigners and Chinese alike who call Suzhou home.聽 I know many would be pleased to offer first-hand advice.

Suzhou is developing so fast and could offer the most of what you would expect from an international metropolitan city with Chinese characteristics.
SIP or Singaporean Industrial Park is a nice and convenient area to live in, many IT companies over there!
