Hi.

I am looking for a local guide which can show me a city during my 9 hours layover. I am afraid to miss my plane at midnight and that is why I prefer to have someone local to take me around without any stress.

How did you layover go? im going to head over to hong king in Jan via shanghai and was contemplating whether to stay and explore shanghai

Hi, at the end I did not risk it because it takes a while to leave the airport itself, find a place to leave your stuff at, then get to the city and back plus all security checks you have to go through again would be too stressful I believe. It all depends on how much time you have but 9 hours were not enough for me. Also you might need to get (48-72 h) tourist visa at the airport for visiting the city. Kris
