I would like to have some advices to obtain my working visa, i know it's very difficult to have it. so if you can share your experience and your advices to facilitate, mine

Well, the institution who wishes to hire you must have the proper paperwork filled out. Also, they must be able to hire foreigners directly. Lastly, if they are applying for a Working Permit for you only, then you will most likely have to fly to Hong Kong to do your visa. If they are applying for a Foreign Experts Visa, then you can do it in mainland.

Basically, you will need some sort of certification that states you have an ability to teach English, or a university degree of any subject. Then, your sponsor (institution who is hiring you) has to prepare all their documents like their business license, and some other documents that leave my memory at the moment. They will have to take your documents, which also includes your physical check up information, their own documentation and send it to the bureau involved with approving their application for you. The bureau will then approve of an invitation letter, and approve your documents to attain a work visa, and or experts visa.

Then you go either to the local entry/exit bureau, or you go to Hong Kong.聽

Its relatively a simple process, not difficult at all---unless the people sponsoring you have no clue what they are doing. In that case, it will be a very anxious and unsettling experience.

Visas for China are only difficult if the applicant has done some illegal things in the past, overstayed their visa time, and or worked without the proper documentation and was caught.
