Doing business in China

Julien

Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in China?

Is it complicated to register a company in China? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in China?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

I am currently writing a blog on doing business in China!
There is a lot of information, videos and statistics on the subjet.

Hi Julien,

Foreign investors are very welcomed in China. Welcome to China!

Speaking of doing business in China, you may need to know something about Chinese business Etiquette. The following is some articles on Chinese business etiquettes.

Hope they can be helpful to you.

Dear Life_is_good,

The most prominent profile of respondent is a manager, working for a WOFE (wholly owned foreign enterprise in the manufacturing industry, with an office in Shanghai or Beijing, selling to other businesses (B2B goods). 138 EU company executives answered and 26 from Swiss companies.

In the same topic of doing business in China, I found a video explaining how to adapt your foreign brand to the Chinese market.

In this case, it is obviously B2C business.
