I live rurally outside of Kampong Cham.聽 I asked the question to help others find you.聽 All that I have learned and it's quite a bit I had to learn because I live rurally with no other Khmer who know a foreign language.

I've seen many foreigners having their (private) Khmer lesson at Common Grounds Cafe. You could go there in the morning and ask the staff for info or talk directly to one of the teachers.
