1. The roads from the airport to Street 51 will not be closed, I imagine streets will be closed close to the Palace though.

2. Sometimes alcohol will not be for sale on such events,even if bars are not able to sell alcohol, behind closed doors things go on, as long as alcohol is not being consumed outside the bars it should be okay. Who knows when streets are open again? Things happen without any real info being given out here.

3. Museum should be open, but could be closed as I imagine gov offices and the post office will be closed.

All in all, who knows at the moment, I have never been without a during on any event here.
