Hi everyone, I'm coming to Phnom Penh in the end of July, beginning of August. Would be very happy to see other expats there, as I'm traveling alone, and I don't anyone.
Hi! I'm a 70 year old Canadian and currently living in Lapulapu City, Cebu, PH. I guess I chose the wrong island (Mactan). Congested, dirty, unsafe, so I am considering a move to Sihanoukville where at least I have a couple friends. We just stayed there for 5 days and it seems ok. I plan to go back in Aug. or Sept. to find a furnished 1-2 br apt. I'll apply for a 1 year bus visa unless I hear a better method.
I am working in Phnom Penh with a Import Export Company. I am from Pakistan but it is the first-yime for me to work outside my country. I am very social and would love to meet new people
Cheers and Sok Sabai
Hi there !
I'm ²Ñ¾±³¦³ó²¹Ã«±ô, 26, freshly arrived in Cambodia for my second stay here.
After I finished my studies, I arrived in Phnom Penh for an internship last year. Those were 6 months of bliss. I had to go back to Europe to validate my curriculum and I looked for a job here. I got it, so I'm back !
There isn't much to say about myself I'm afraid. I'm a regular dude who loves Asia and in Asia Cambodia and Japan especially, music, literature, sports, travels, nights out with friends, and a few other things ...
I'm always interested in meeting new people, chatting and hearing about their stories, their cultures and their vision of our world.
So, if you're interested in discussing with me, even in another language than English, feel free to give me a shout !
See you 'round (mainly in Phnom Penh where I work).
²Ñ¾±³¦³ó²¹Ã«±ô
Hi everyone, I arrived in Phnom Penh on Saturday night and am shacked up at a nice little guest house just off Sisowat Quay. I'm looking for more permanent accommodation however and also an English teaching position in any capacity. I received my T.E.S.O.L. Cert IV at the start of this year but have no experience as yet other than my prac teaching units. I intend to stay for as long as possible so some teaching work would come in handy but I'd consider other work if it came up.
Any one interested in catching up for a beer?
Thanks, ciao.
