Hello, I recently was in Afghanistan and had to ask the American embassy for some assistance from Consular Services. They did an awesome job of arranging everything for me and I want to express my appreciation and gratitude with flowers. However, it seems like no online florist is willing or even able to ship flowers to Afghanistan... so, I searched the net for an ex-pat forum looking for help and here I am. Would greatly appreciate any info you guys might have. Thanks.
