Am thinking of purchasing a town house at Fumba Zanzibar. Can anyone advice whether rental occupancy in Zanzibar for a 5 bed unit is an attractive option and what is the current demand for good housing in this area............Charles osoro

OK ,I think you should target both tourists and expats, if it was in Dar, would give you the best options cuz I know a lot about this city

Very beautiful, Perfect places for that business since many expats live here and also 90% of tourists pass thru Dar international airport before they go to safari and Zanzibar.
