Looking for one bed apartment/ PG in Dar Es Salam Tanzania

Hello,

I am Abdul Wahab from Pakistan working as Construction Engineer with an International firm in Dar. I am looking for accommodation in Dar Es Salam.

I am a single guy and my requirements are one bed apartment with kitchen, bathroom with all amentias. Preferred locations are Upanga, Masasani, Oysterbay, Masaki.

My budget is under 500 USD.

Please let me know if you have some information about it. I want to relocate on Labor day (1st May).

For a 1-bed apartment under $500 in Upanga, Msasani, Oysterbay, or Masaki:


Upanga & Msasani offer the best chance within budget (from $350–500).


Masaki/Oysterbay are usually higher, but smaller or older units may fit.


Expect 1–2 months deposit + 1st month rent, sometimes an agency fee.


Unfurnished units are cheaper, and long-term stay rates are negotiable.
