hi people聽聽 ok ive bean ib south Africa聽 for聽聽 3 yrs now聽 what a great place聽 :top I now have a聽 baby聽 girl聽 and聽 am now married聽 to my south African wife聽聽we聽 have bean togeather since聽 2013聽 but I'm confused聽聽 can I聽 get a聽 spouse聽 visa聽 as聽 we have not bean togeather聽 for聽 5 yrs聽聽or聽 do I聽 get a聽 relatives聽 visa or do I聽 get聽 another聽 tempery visa聽 till聽 we have bean togeather聽 for聽 5 yrs then聽 get聽 my聽 spouce聽 visa .

You can get a life partner visa, which is a temporary resindence relative visa.聽 Then after 5 years on this visa you can apply for your permanent residence visa

Sorry I meant to say you can get a spouse visa which is still a temporary residence visa.聽 Once you can show by the correct documentation that you have been together for 5 years, i.e a life partner avidavit and also your marriage certificate then you can聽 you apply for your permanent residence visa
