Hi, I am from Namibia and plan on getting residency in Mauritius within the next 2 years. I understand that one has to invest a minimum of U$500,000.00 for that, which is fine. What I want to know is where one can look at properties with the best beachfront, with golfing facilities. Can someone tell me about horse racing in Mauritius too?

There are other ways to obtain residency in Mauritius but if you are looking forward to invest in property, the minimum investment amount has been brought to USD 375,000.
