Is it legal to purchase needle and syringes here? Will they sell it at the Pharmacy?

Yes, sale of needles and syringes is legal.

That said, the store owner or pharmacist reserves the right not to sell them to you under some circumstances.

Lol, It's not for any illegal activities. I've been looking for a Marinade injector in Mauritius, and the only people who actually sell them, sell them for >Rs300.

I just figured that a disposable syringe would be a much cheaper option.
