trust me I have found mingling or trying to meet up with anyone quite hard unless you are from flic en flac or the north.

Well for lunch in Port Louis, it depends what you are looking for.
Check Nino's [opposite Main Northen Bus Station - Kinoo Square], also Rosi Darbar - Indian Cuisine [opposite Nando's], or Noodle Box [Rogers House], or the Caudan Waterfront.
