Good idea. I'll try to give an approximation of the cost of these items in the U.S. It's so variable depending on the service provider or grocery store, location, etc. I shop at Walmart the least expensive grocery store.

Powdered milk U.S. $7.50 a U.S.lb.= Rs 220   (U.S. lb=2.2046 kg)
box of 20 tea bags $1-$2= Rs 29-58
bread $1-$3= Rs 29-87
kraft cheese $4.50-$5 a lb.= Rs 130-150
ground coffee $3-$10 a lb. =Rs 87-290

rent $350-$800= Rs 10000-23000+ a month 1-2 bedroom in middle america, big cities are more
electricity $20,$30= Rs 580-870 a month or more depending on how much you use
water= usually $30+ = Rs 870
internet $20-$40= Rs 580-1160 per month
regular gas about $4 a U.S.gallon= Rs 116

Water includes sewer which costs about twice what water costs alone, and a base, service charge, taxes, etc. I use less than a thousand gallons a month and it's about $30,=base amount. Two thousand gals about $35, three thousand $40.

Electricity is about 12 cents a kwh but with service fee and other charges the first 100 kwh is about $20-$30. A kwh is 100 watts for ten hours, kwh = a thousand watts for one hour.

We mostly use whole milk, skim or 2%. It's $3.50 a gallon, about 100 RS  (one U.S. gallon= 3.785 liters)

The U.S. being a capitalist country is all about money.  Everything costs what the market will bare. The poor and now the middle class just try to get by while the wealthy fear losing what they have.
