Passport photo booth?

KC_

A lot of govt application forms, for visas etc., require recent passport photos.

What do people here do for this? Are there photo booths/machines in shopping malls or anything like in a lot of other countries?

Any recommendations or experiences of getting these photos appreciated.

Hello @KC_

I’m not sure if the photo booths here print the correct passport photo size, but you can just go to any photo printing shop on the island , they usually display that they also do passport photos, and they’ll know the right dimensions for official documents. 😉

Hello KC_,

You can get passport photos at local photo studios, which are usually best to make sure they meet official requirements.

Could you tell me where you are located? That way, it will be easier for me or other members to point you to the nearest place.

I am in Tamarin - thanks everyone

Cheryl

You can check one of the malls in Tamarin itself or at Cascavelle, where you will likely find a place that offers passport photos.

Also, if you see a shop offering photocopy services, ask them about passport pictures. Usually, where there are photocopy services, you can find someone who does passport photos as well, or they will redirect you to the right place. 😉

Cheers,
