If it is for Regatta you'll need to use a Regatta "approved" company, otherwise they won't get through the gate.

One colleague of mine invited turkish repairmans for that and they have done good work but now they aren't in Tripoli now
It's not necessary that you have to invite only Ragatta's workers.

There are a lot of them located under gagaresh bridge, i dont think they have mobile phones.
